Masters in Education Administration and Planning is an important course that enhances administrative competences in education institutional and curriculum management by providing educational managers with critical thinking, communication competence and development of life skills through the study of variety administrative approaches and practices at different levels. Thus, through the study and use of different management approaches, the programme enables a unique understanding of one-self to cultivate appropriate management skills, social context of subordinates, worldviews and value of purpose.
